Hey, hey, hey! I just wanted do a little OOTD (Outfit of the day). I made it on Polyvore. It's just another lazy Sunday. I know I have been slacking in posts lately, and I'm sorry! I know that nobody ever reads this thing, but I still like to post regularly. 

So... life is good! There is not much going on. I have the usual swimming, tennis, modeling and violin. Taylor and I are going steady, and I am continuing to hang with Olivia and Bri a lot! Oh, and happy Earth Day everybody!

Victorian Mansion Shoot

So today was my second modeling shoot! Here is my post talking about how I got into modeling, and what it feels like. I just recently got started, and as Ronald McDonald would say, I'm lovin' it! :)

They dolled me up in a Alexander McQueen fitted long sleeve black shirt with cropped Milly silk pants and blue suede pumps. I has this bib necklace with different jewels and diamonds. My hair was loose and natural, and they kept my makeup pretty subtle too, but painted my lips crimson. I was lounging by a pool and waling across the backyard, brushing my finger across branches. Unlike the fresh, summery feel of the last shoot, this one was more sophisticated.

Antonio was as hilarious as ever, shouting out "BELLISIMA, darling! Keep doing 'zat!" in his Italian accent. I couldn't keep my mysterious face any longer, and a smile played on my lips as he rambled off speaking half-Italian and half-English. He said, "Love the secretive smile. It's like 'ze Mona Lisa!"

I sipped my bottled water during break, and chatted with Jennifer, one of the people who was working on the shoot with me. She is so nice! Jennifer is like my second sister. (I still love you Chloe!). If you haven't read my first post on modeling, then I'll tell you, Chloe is actually a Ford model too, and was the one who first got me into modeling. Boy, I am happy she did!

After modeling Chloe picked me up in her car, and drove me to yoga class with her. I have just recently been getting into yoga and pilates, and I still continue with swim team and tennis. All of it helps me stay fit! Pilates really lengthens the body and build core strength, while yoga stretches your muscles, building  maximum flexibility. 

Something that I like about yoga and pilates that is not part of my other sports, is that yoga and pilates are more relaxing. Tennis and swim sure are fun, but there is a lot of running around, and heavy panting. When I'm doing yoga or pilates, I feel calm, relaxed and collected, while still excersizing, and building my body.

I feel like this post is a lot shorter than most of my other ones, but I know sometimes I ramble on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on...

Proof right there!

TGIT

Today is Thursday! But it is more like a Friday, because we have the day off tomorrow. Tomorrow is also Friday the thirteenth! I'm not superstitious at all, but I still like the spooky thrill of Friday the thirteenth. 

Today in school today, we started a pop culture unit, which I am super excited about! Our teacher instructed that we make a collage with magazine cut outs, and title it 'Our World'. For our collage, we will use pictures of anything that defines modern society. iPhones, logos, pop-stars, popular sport drinks... anything. Then we have to write a paper on an important part of pop culture. I think I am going to do mine on either Lady Gaga or Joseph Kony. I can't decide!

Also, tomorrow is Ashleigh's Bar Mitzvah, and I'm so excited! It's going to be great. I heard she hired a hypnotist...!!! I cant wait!

Free Rice

Today I found the coolest website ever! It's called Free Rice, and basically what you do is answer trivia questions. For each correct answer, they donate 10 grains of rice to a person suffering from hunger. You can choose the subject you're being quizzed on, and adjust the difficulty too.

You don't even have to be a member to play. This is a great website to use if you're having a test. You can just change the subject to whichever subject you're test is on. And not only are you studying, but you're helping people all around the globe while you do it!

I know this is a short post, but I just wanted to show this on my blog. Go use it when ever you can!

What's Going On!

This post is just talking about my life.. just catching you up on what's going on.

First of all, I am loving my blog! I have posted something everyday, and I hope I can stay in this groove! Knowing me, I'll probably be on fire for a couple months, then slow the pace waaaaay down, to a post a month. I don't want that to happen though... hopefully I'll be able to steadily upload posts, and stick with it for a long time!

Now lets talk about Easter!!! Like always, I had brunch with Bri and Olivia, and a morning egg hunt at Bri's house. I had plenty of caramel filled eggs (my favorite!), and these delicious easter chocolates that I have never tried before. One was a white chocolate bunny, with chocolate-fudge filling. Mmm, mmm, good! Another, a milk chocolate egg, with a moist coconut filling. Neither Bri or Olivia like coconut, but I am a huge fan! I had a great Easter :)

Everyone is seeing the new release of Titanic it seems, and I just recently saw it with Taylor! It was the perfect date-night movie. I know some guys would barf watching a mushy romance, but Tay secretly likes those kind of movies, just like me. Olivia also saw it with her boyfriend, Bryce. She said it made her cry! I cried too...  Man, I can watch this movie over and over and over again and never get sick of it!

Currently everyone at my school is shopping at J. Crew! Even though we have a uniform, on the weekend I was hosting a pool party, and four girls- FOUR girls- were wearing the same pink J. Crew chino shorts. I shop at J. Crew ALL the time. It is my favorite store ever! All of the clothes are soft, preppy, and girly. Totally me! Oh, and every school has their trends, one that I recently started at my school is the white shirt- turquoise jewelry look. I think that it is so pretty for spring!

Modeling is great too, I'll do a few other posts on it sometime if you want...

Oh, plus- my BFF Olivia has started a blog, go check it out!
